Terrible, ***********, horrible seller assistance.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been trying to reach them to close down my shop for almost three months now. The site keeps crashing not letting me in to close it myself and now the fees have stacked up even though they were completely paid off when I wanted to close it down the first time. I can't even reach there contact line because that also crashes . Terrible terrible company. I give up at this point they can keep the dead shop and keep stacking up the bills that I will NEVER pay since it is because of there own incompetence.
