Small businessess are losing out!

Everyone always told me to go and expand my online shopping on ETSY.. well what a bad experience! On the site it says there is multiple payment options. But when I wanted to check out there was only 1... CARD! I tried and tried with different cards, on different pc's, mobile,s. I logged out. I contacted ETSY LIVE they walked me through the process multiple times as if I have never shopped online and in the end said to me no sorry. It must be my card or not enough money. I MUST go to my bank. Mean while there is enough money in, my limits is not been reached and I am allowed to shop online with my cards. My problem is not that I cannot buy something. It is I feel sorry for all the small businesses that is on there that is losing out because of it! Technology is taking over! So ETSY help the people out! Dont just sit there!
