Poor service and no delivery

Please don't buy on line from these guys. there system goes in loops. So i purchased an Item which wasn't delivered. so in there support function they keep asking for you to identify which item you purchase . the problem is that the item does not come up so i can't send them anything as they want the item to be selected from there page which it does not show. I have an order number that they send me but nowhere can i insert that without first clicking on the item which is not on there list that they present to me. Ridiculous so it goes in loops . there is no e-mail tht you can complain to as you need to identify the item which does not come up . i think you get the message. there system is totally dis functional . i don't trust them.
