Never received the item, never received a refund.

I ordered a skirt from Etsy. I never received it and on 17track this is confirmed, however on Etsy it says delivered. I contacted the postal service and was informed that it was sent back to the seller. I contacted the seller to get a refund and they refused. I then opened a case with Etsy and it was immediately closed saying that their website says it was delivered and if it wasn't I must contact the seller. Absolutely unhelpful and a total ****. Do not use this service it's not worth the money or hassle and I'm sure they have violated people's consumer rights.
