ETSY - WORST online experience...
Ordered five gems from different shops at about the same time (silly me), middle to end April. It's now early August and haven't received a single item. Only one seller voluntarily offered a refund. The others are giving me the runaround, one paying eventually. Still three sellers sitting with my money. They are keen to take your money but are unreliable when it suits them. My recommendation: STAY AWAY! Or risk your money...

04 Aug 2022, 14:19Update: Eventually received three (out of five ordered) gemstones after more than three months. Received refunds on the other missing two gems. If you're in South Africa, be patient. And, there is no delivery to your specified address, you'll have to collect at the SA Post Office.
