Disgruntled Etsy Seller

As a small business owner and Seller on Etsy since January 2023, I would like to caution entrepreneurs to sell via this platform. Zero support received, only seems like AI generated emails that does not address one’s queries. No human contact and no resolve for more than 10 weeks on end.

You might as well flush your money down the drain, because they are more interested in their staff’s working conditions than servicing their customers.

I have put my store on vacation mode, cancelled orders, because there is no point in selling items when there is no way to ensure payment from etsy.

I suggest you stay away from them until they change their business model which seems to be geared to create revenue, receive interest on the revenue with no regard or effort to communicate effectively with their suppliers when the online platform does not work properly.
