Awful customer experience

First my order has been sent for review, I ordered immediate downloads as I needed them IMMEDIATELY! Then had the most awful customer help experience!! Complete lack of care and totally dismissive. Disgusting service! Pity the sellers have to suffer because the company can’t get their side right!
