VERY UNPLEASANT ETIHAD FLIGHT !

My husband and I recently flew back from London to Johannesburg via Abu Dhabi with Etihad Airways. We were seated in the middle seats four abreast and the plane was not at all full. The passenger sitting next to me was clearly intoxicated when he boarded the plane and 5 minutes into the flight stared vomiting continuously (on his seat and in plastic cups) The cabin attendants did not once come over to ask him what was happening or insist that he go to the bathroom etc. Eventually after sitting next to him for at least 10 minutes with two cups of vomit literally under my nose I had to call over the stewardess to ask her to address the situation and remove the cups. They took away the cups and asked the man a few questions but they did not even ask me if it was unpleasant for me or offer to move us to other seats. We had to sit the entire 8 hour flight next to a man that smelt terribly of alcohol and vomit . We did not ask to move as we didn't want to inconvenience other passengers but feel VERY strongly that the cabin crew should have offered us alternate seats so that we could enjoy our flight.
