Unprofessional conduct

They changed our seats that we booked way in advance already for all three flights to seats with no legroom - my wife needs to stretch-out her legs because of a left knee injury - this inconvenienced the trip of 3 flights back to South Africa (****et/Abu Dhabi/Cairo/Johannesburg)
