Thieving ********* Company

Thieving and ********* company. I purchased 3 tickets to Germany in 2020 and due to Covid flights were cancelled. I was emailed and told that i would receive travel credits. I could not claim the credits for various reasons until recently and When i tried to claim them i was told that the credits have expired. So in short Etihad have ****** my money.
