**** show airline

Horrible experience!!! They denied me to board the flight( August 2024) then they say i was a NO SHOW!!...went into their live chat and requested a refund, guess what i'm still waiting....Spoken to 3 agents and to top it off "THEY SAY THEY ARE ONLY GOING TO REFUND R788 FROM THE WHOLE TICKET AMOUNT"..THEY ARE A DISGRACE, THEY SEND ME THE R788 AND REVERSE IT....BAD SERVICE, USELESS CHAT AGENTS........NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
