Pathethic Etihad Airways

Ethihad Airways is Pathetic. After damaging both pieces of my luggage, which was bubble wrapped at the airport, I complained to various people before my complaint was heard. They promised to compensate me for the 2 pieces of damaged luggage with an amount which cant even replace the set I have but i nevertheless gave them my bank details to deposit the money into. Its now over 6 months and I am still waiting. They read my emails and do not respond. This is most unprofessional and very frustrating. If they wanted to keep me quite and pay me why haven't they done so yet? They surely won't compensate me further. So why read all my emails and follow up emails and do nothing or not respond? Unprofessional!
