Oversell tickets and discriminate

Terrible ethics

They oversell flight tickets and claim its because some people don’t pitch up. So instead of atleast having a system for who misses the flight when everyone does pitch up they just leave it upto the check in desk to discriminate and choose who misses the flight.

We booked 3 months in advance and they wanted to tell one of us to miss and leave the family to go ahead. Instead of putting those who bought last to be on the list of potential clients who will be asked to take the next flight ( and they should be told when buying the ticket also )
