Not a great flying experience

We recently flew with Etihad Airways this December and I can safely say I will not be flying with them again. Firstly, the service on board was terrible and the staff were cold and unfriendly. I had to call them three times to request another blanket (it was like sitting in a freezer on both flights) and they looked irritated with me. Both flights were delayed with no proper reason given and no explanation. The overall experience was unsatisfactory and I would have overlooked it if happened on one flight, but on both flights is just ridiculous. Thanks for nothing!
