No medical emergency cover and losing R10 000 ticket. Worst airline ever

<p>I booked a month long holiday to Thailand, found out I'm pregnant and the Zika virus makes it impossible for me to go now. </p> <p> </p> <p>Etihad has been so kind as to promise me R450 back on R10 300. So I lose R10 000 and they won't even suspend my ticket till 2018</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks guys. WORST SERVICE EVER!</p>
