No feedback on lost suitcase from Etihad Airways

My suitcase is still missing. I flew from Zurich to Abu Dhabi on 9 August 2015 and then from Abu Dhabi to Johannesburg on 10 August 2015. When I arrived in Johannesburg, my suitcase was missing. <br> <br> I have notified SAA Baggage Services straight away. The representative told me that there are daily flights and my suitcase will be on the next plane and delivered to me in Cape Town by the next afternoon (11 August).<br> <br> I notified SAA Baggage Services and Etihad yesterday afternoon that nobody has called me. SAA told me that they can't trace it at all and Etihad told me that somebody will call me in a few hours (the same day). Nobody called me, so I called again both organisations today (12 Aug) with no feedback. <br> <br>
