<p>First I can't get the relevant person to talk to because the number that give on the website does not work. (For south Africa) when I call the other numbers the people at Etihad airways tells you that thay don't know how to sort out the problem. So we spent over 3000 rand to call around. And still we did not have any success. Today we got a email saying :</p> <p>The fare purchased was a promotional fare and therefore is a nonrefundable fare .</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Joanne Rasdien </p> <p>Etihad Airways</p> <p>So all we wanted was to cancel a flight. And the flight was not promotional flight. </p> <p> </p> <p>The service was very unprofessional</p> <p>And that Stole our money. </p> <p>I will not promote them ever again.
