Lost bag

I booked a holiday to Italy flying with etihad airways. Arriving at the check in counter they did not have my ticket availbale. After a trip to the ticket counter they managed to sort it out. Arriving in Rome I found out that they lost my and several other passangers bags. After standing in a qeue for 2 hours i managed to open a case. I told them to send the bag to my accomodation in Venice if it arrives. They found the bag 6days later and send it to Venice as instructed. After they informed me the bag has arrived at the hostel i only turned up there to find out my bag is still at Venice airport instead of the hostel as indicated by etihad , it cost me a extra trip to the airport to find my bag. This totaly ruined my dream holiday in Italy, spending the week without my bag.
