Left stranded in London by Etihad Airways

I booked a return flight from Johannesburg to London earlier in 2024. Etihad canceled my return leg flight from London to Rome and left me stranded in London. I had to buy another ticket from London to Rome in order to get back to Johannesburg. Etihad offered no assistance and shrugged me off as if I was a nuisance interfering with their business. They pretend to treat their clients well and offer a world class service. This is worse than third world service. None of the people I talked to within Etihad had any empathy and couldn't care less about leaving me stranded in London. They refuse to refund the money I paid and I had to pay for another ticket with a different airline to get to Rome.
