Horrible flight services - they cancelled my flights a month ago but still have not provided a refund till today

Etahid *****ing my money - they cancelled my flight and not provided my refunds I did a booking to a trip to Thailand with booking .com ,the flights were booked with some flight called Etihad airways ,they cancelled cancelled all my flights from 6 April - we were not given proper explanation but I think has to do with Middle East crisis ….the cancellation was done 6 April but my money for bookings still have not been refunded I keep them and following up no valid reliance I get ….people must never ever trust booking flights with this airways and takao not ever do flight booking with booking .com they unresponsive and basically they can take you money without any problems …. On the booking .com they last updated the status 8 April that they requested the refund from air flight more than 30 days later still no refund has been settled in my account.infact 1 review they don’t deserve it it should be a 0 .
