Flight delay leading to bus delay

We just got off a flight EY601 with Etihad airways from South Africa to Abu Dhabi. Our end destination being Dubai via bus. Due to the flight being delayed, we missed our bus which was scheduled to depart at 8:25pm. We were then informed that the next available bus will be at 10:15pm.

Given the flight delay, this should’ve been communicated to the authorities at Abu Dhabi international as this is out of the passengers control.

Really disappointing for Etihad Airways!
