False information

I am just a bit shocked at the service I received yesterday. I purchased the highest economy fee ticket available on the website, this ticket included priority check-in as indicated on the app. As I approach the priority check-in, I got denied priority check and was told that the app’s communication isn’t on pare with the system at the airport. This is obviously extremely humiliating as I had to turn around with no assistance. Purchasing a ticket with false promises is extremely unfair and breaks many consumer rules in my opinion. This definitely put me off Etihad and will not recommend them for future clients. Something needs to change as client respect and trust is earned.
