False advertising by Etihad Airways

I was offered a stayover booking at approximately 27000 ZAR, and when I made my booking the etihad website reflected a glitch, when I received my booking confirmation it reflected no stay over. When I took up issue via chatgpt I was told I the issue from their side cannot be resolved, and in order to get what I paid for I must either pay fair difference of 28000 ZAR or accept refund and re book at 75000 ZAR which is triple the price offered to me. I find it unacceptable that I must pay double or triple to what was offered to for an issue on the website of etihad to get what I was offered. Management told me their terms and conditions won’t allow them to correct a defect on their side and my issue is only to be resolved if I pay double or triple what is offered to me. Beware of false advertising on Etihad website. These guys seek to hold customers accountable for defects on their system. They take no accountability or responsibility for problems caused on their side and the customer is made to suffer financially. UNACCEPTABLE
