ETIHAD AIRWAYS- PATHETIC SERVICE

Etihaad Airways has offered a voucher purchase now during lockdown which maybe used once lockdown has been lifted. I have tried calling them only to be left on the line over 40 minutes and no help. I also logged a complaint on facebook which they have rep**** saying someone will get back to me. its been over 10 hours since then no one has gotten back to me or called. The purchase ends at midnight tonight. Service is pathetic and its lockdown imagine what it would be like once everything runs as normal again.
