Etihad Airways

My Partner changed her flight details and is due to fly on the 20th of May 20th 2023 and has had to call Etihad Airways 7 times and they keep saying that they are going to try resolve a issue and they are not trying to fix it and I would never recommend Etihad that they can’t resolve the issue and have taken her money for changing flights and can’t resolve it. This is absolutely ******* and how are they supposed to support a customer if they don’t even know what they know what they are doing. They don’t know what they are doing in there offices the agents keep saying they will callback and the money has been taken from her bank account and there is a investigation but when is this going to be resolved when nobody knows that they are doing so they are robbing people and don’t fix anything. After 7 calls and can’t fix the issue
