Ethiad Airlines, bunch of idiots

Was on my way to Pakistan at the end of October. When i got to my final destination, 1 of my bag was broken into. The plastic wrapper was off and the lock on the zipper was cut as well. I could'nt get anyone from the Etihad in Islamabad. In the village where i went to, has no excess to the internet. Anyway when i got back at O.R.Tambo, was told to apply on line, which i did and was given a whole of **** that i should have done that within 7 days. In abu dhabi, they can cut off your locks without your permission and u cant do a damn thing about it. Never ever fly with ethiad airlines
