I am writing to you,to inform you about the un-ethical,irresponsible behavior of Etihad staff.My experience with airport and airline staff at Abu Dhabi has been traumatic and expensive.In November my mother-in-law passed away in UAE.My husband,her only son,had to perform the religious rites.On enquiry,we were told visa on arrival is possible in emergency situations.Which usually takes 4-5 days-an option that wasn't feasible for us.I,My husband and 3yr old daughter were refused Visa on arrival.The reason given to us was:\You didnt travel by Etihad
