double debit order

<p>booked a trip for my wife and my daughter , the money was paid same day and few days leter there was another payment that went through my account . so i paid twice for the ticket when i tried calling them they didnt wanna help and when i inssisted they said they will ask someone to try and pay the money back but there is no garanteed how long its going to take.and it might take a week . and now im sitting with an account that has no money in it and embarcment in from of my client as i took them out and there was no money to pay for the bill . this is unexceotble </p> <p>please can somebody come back to me regarding this matter if not i will go to public media .</p> <p> </p>
