Beyond amazing

It's a pity I never took her name, but I was on the flight from Munich to Abu Dhabi on Friday 3 July. I was booked in by an Indian lady and the service I got was absolutely brilliant. She was so friendly and asked me about my holiday and home country. It's a brilliant attitude like this that will result that I uee Etihad Airways again.<br> <br> Please email me her name :-)
