amateurs, the worst airline in 25 years travelling

A short summary about an airline that does NOT deserve a 6th best ranking in the world, in fact I have my reservations about the position held as this is surely bought with oil dollars. <br> 1. dirty seat/table/carpet and chair in front (somebody before me had a food explosion)<br> 2. delays as Abu Dhabi Airport is outdated, new airport only open in 2017<br> 3. rude staff member (and they had a little tiff among one another too with this particular crew member<br> 4. 1 piece of luggage destroyed on arrival in Brussels, lodged complaint, 26 days later not a single reply.<br> 5. arrived in Johannesburg without luggage (so did 150+ pax on the +/-320 pax flight)<br> 6. luggage missing for 4 days - Etihad refuses to come up with compensation<br> 7. luggage totally destroyed (second time) as well as the lock from the second suitcase. Items missing (likely lying on the tarmac in Abu Dhabi).<br> 8. the two flights with parter SAA BRILLIANT! SAA rep**** within 24 hour regarding 2nd and 3rd destroyed luggage.<br> Abu Dhai Airport is loading aircrafts with bulldozers? I have tested the airline and can say it was the first and last flight. As a tour operator I have informed all my clients no longer to use these amateurs.
