Yet another *********** municipality

eThekwini's callcenter does not answer calls. I've now been on hold for 30 mins. I don't get my rates via eservices and our post office probably decided not to deliver my rates bill.

When I finally got through, only once in October, they told me I'm about to get disconnected due to non payment. How do I pay you, if you can't tell me what you want me to pay you????
