I had the privilege to be served by a lady with the name of Yanga Njali this evening regarding the escalation of a water issue. She was so helpful and very friendly. Her attitude towards consumers is absolutely commendable. I would like to see this young lady progress in her career because she definitely deserves a 5 star rating for her service.
