Worst service ever

REF NO: E***,So on the 12th of june we app**** for Pole relocation due to the fact that the municipality positioned this electricity pole in our site and also for building and safety reasons, today is the 25th of july but they still havent given us any update, ive sent texts on their twitter page, called them on numerous occasions even went as far as sending emails to stress the importance of this enquiry but they still not acknowledging or prioritizing on customer queries. their call center department is pathetic, they just place you on hold for no reason. this is very frustrating, i was told that this only takes two weeks but it has been more the 5 weeks with no proper update, i was even told theres gonna be a charge for this but when i ask how much is it gonna cost they just tell me its not on the system as yet, people have been *****ing cables in our area its very unsafe to position a electricity pole right next to the house, please help as soon as you see this!!
