Worst Ethekwini municipality department

We constantly getting sewage flowing down the stream on Eden Road towards the blood bank in Pinetown. This smell is so bad that even with doors and windows closed at the house it doesn't help. My family has experienced numerous health effects because of this smell. Numerous faults logged but given same response all the time the Rainbow pump station is out of service. For close to 3 years now we constantly getting this smell. The smell wakes you up in the middle of the night because you struggling to breathe.
