Without electricity ...poor service delivery

On 17 October the corporation box blew outside my house, ethekweni municipality was notified they came and repaired their yellow box. After they fixed their box that night my lights went off. I logged into faults and they came after next day and put a trip switch on their feeder box. After they left the light went off again and with each complaint they made me wait over 24 hours on a weekday and 72hours during a weekend. Each call out I experienced the same fault. Their response was that the cable department will come and look. They finally came on 20 th Nov and put a joiner on the cable which worked for only 2 days. I had to wait again to login a new flault. I'm currently sitting without electricity my perishables, meat etc are gone off . It's going second month and although the private contractors cause the fault they are not fixing my electricity. They told me to wait 3 hours today still no one came. Fed up .
