What Call Centre?

Just spent 40 mins, times 2, on hold before being cut off both times,, to the Ethekwini Electricity Department to report the electricity outage in my area. I was constantly "reassured" that my call would be directed to the next available operator, which never happened as I was cut off by their system after40mins of holding! I now sit without electricity since 16H00 today,13 Dec 2017. And no way of getting assistance as they never answer the phones! Useless bunch of idiots!
