we need water

I'm a resident of Ntuzuma H section Durban, i'm writing here hoping to get assistance, 2 weeks backs we were told tat we wont have water for a day so we need to fill water and we did but the next day we did have water, 2 weeks later we have no water today is the 4th day without water and they don't even send us the water truck , that's not the worst part the worse part is other sections have water and we have toilets inside our homes, how are we not going to get sick when we don't have water, the kids are not going to schools because there's no water, it enough now we need water back
