Waterloo 1851 sewage case ***/1162

So disappointed with Ethekwini municipality.. Report sewage blust weeks ago.. Made follow ups more than 10 times they do not come.. Only told us superintendent will come and take pictures. Amazing no one knows his or her direct contact.. I'm from waterloo.. Case ***/1162
