Water outage

Please assist, as from February 2022 we've had a water shortage / no water for 2 to 3 weeks and when water is On, it on for only one day.

We've had no support form the councillor and sad thing is - only 1 part is affected constantly (Bhekulwandle, Baphehli Area) ?
