Water Meter Burst

Good day . Our Meter pipe burst at 6:30 am and the problem was immediately reported to the municipality. we have been contacting the municipality practically every two hours and each time they give us a different story. they say they are either awaiting a plumber or that one was assigned to check the meter. it is now 03:29pm and no one has come to the property to inspect. the yard is flooded as well as the road as the meter is situated on the boundary line on the roadside. water is gushing all over the place. We are at our wits end here as we do not know what else, this is quite urgent as we have no water at the premises. The reference number is F150217/49. please assist .. thank you
