WATER ISSUE FOR SO LONG:A16720 DWALENI ROAD LUGANDA PINETOWN

REF NO-F220718/821 I'm very disappointed as we are yet to be assisted with this issue. We haven't had water for 3 months now and nothing has been done. My father, who is a pensioner and is not well physically, has been going to your offices (Civic Centre) and every time he has gone he was promised that they will send someone to look at this and nobody has visited.

I just need to know where to escalate this issue and also require contact details for your complaints department. Your assistance in this matter will be appreciated.
