Water faults in Umlazi township haven't been fixed

A water fault complaint has been logged with the ethekwini Municipality engineering services since yesterday 27 November at midday. The fault has still not been attended to despite numerous calls requesting them to fix it. I was informed a plumber would be dispatched to our location at 9 am today 28th November. Six hours have passed and still the problem has not been fixed. I called the call centre and an agent informed me that a plumber was assigned then unassigned to fix the water fault. However, I couldn't get a valid reason why this happened. <br> It's close to 24 hrs and our location still has no water. <br> I am disgusted and appalled by the lack of service of ethekwini Municipality engineering services
