Waste of time

I am very disappointed with the ethekwini municipality. Lights went off from 1pm today and uptil now no electricity. We as normal people of south africa pay rates electricity always. Please can anyone advise why your people teams cannot sort our electricity issues out. I am tired of sending messages continuosly. Please kindly advise as i will take this further
