Very disappointed

I am very disappointed with the service delivery at Thekwini municipality(electricity department) I logged a call on friday to report a faulty meter and all I get is thier technicians are short staffed, it the 3rd day waiting in the dark for some help and I still need to wait forever just for them to send someone, this is unacceptable they must do something about thier staff shortage.
