VENTING ABOUT ETHEKWINI - LOOKING THROUGH DBN WITH ROSE COLOURED GLASSES

Really try to understand this defuntional municipality. We have areas with no electricity no water ..... adhoc repairs being done, but they are investing in huge amounts of money working on Westown by Shongweni. We have been without power since early hours this morning ... power came on for a few mins than off. But never fear, on ECR this morning - Darryn Maule waxing lyrical with Mr Mayor, about how ready they are for the visitors coming in for the Easter Weekend ..... sad, sad, and worst than sad. ****** ridiculous!
