UTERLY USELESS ETHEKWENI MUNICIPALITY

Waiting for a refund for rates/water/electricity deposit paid to get a clearance certificate for a property sale for 6 MONTHS NOW. All documentation submitted several times per the Municipality request.

They are very quick to take your money when you require a clearance certificate, but do not pay refunds.

No point in calling the helpline as it is never answered. Is there anybody home.

Absolutely useless!!!
