useless technicians

I live in bonela everyday or second day for i can't remember how long power goes off at 17.30 it's like a auto timer these idiots in the department reply to you we strive for service excellence which is a load of bull as their technicians dont seem to solve a problem how can only a few roads power goes out every day comes on very late at nite or next day ... it's an ongoing problem for all I can say they so called professional technicians must go back to school or find another job & employ real professionals .... think about it u come from no power how can u live like that not knowing when u don't know how to cook ...... these ethekwini electricity department idiots must get their act together or go wrap eggs in the farm fed up resident
