USELESS ELECTRICITY SERVICE

Today 10 Jan 2021 at 1405B when I got home Ethekweni Electricity Dept trucks arrived and started digging at the bottom of Sedgemoor Place, Woodlands. When I entered my house we had power but after them working for 2 hours the power went off at 1615B, I reported it and was told there are no other reported cases and I was the first. I received a ref no. ***. The problem is both my dad and myself are reliant on Oxygen as we have COPD, we spoke to the 1 technician explaining we need power for our Oxygen concentrators as our portable concentrators only last 4 hrs, at 2045B the workers packed up and left leaving us still with no power. Once our Portable Concentrators run flat so do we. THIS IS URGENT
