Useless dishonest repair men and women!!!

Sadly they are the most unreliable municipality because they don't honour their promises. They needed access to my yard to repair a problem that neighbours were experiencing. I gave them complete access and they dug up all my newly laid tarmac. They promised me that they would repair the place they had dug up. I wonder if they **********ly reported that it was repaired and paid someone out for the job because it's over a year now and they haven't come back. I phoned them yesterday because we are going to have a function in two months time and I needed them to repair it soon but the *********** people who take the call cannot help me at all. Very frustrated with their lack of concern. It's going to cost me thousands of rands to repair it privately!
