<p>I am a Nsimbini resident in Cato Manor, in this area we've been struggling with electricity for more than two months now and the municipality doesn't seem to be concerned at all. They just act as if it's the residents faults why electricity is always problematic. Three days ago the transfomer went up in flames proving to be incapable of supplying the whole township, but the municipality came and installed the exact same size of the transformer instead of putting on a bigger one because this size has proven to have insufficient amount of power to supply. We only had the power back yesterday afternoon, and now once again there is no power. People are suffering in this place </p>
